How to translate romcenter to your language ?

Go to the forum and check if your transation is not yet available. (http://www.romcenter.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=5)
If it is, contact the author for modifications if needed.

All files are included in the default romcenter distribution in the romcenter/folder/translate folder.

1 - Install poedit
  - Open templatexxx.po

2 - Use old translation
Check in the 'old translation' folder if your language exists
If you have an old translation (.po), you can use it to translate some strings:
 - In poedit, File/preferences/translation memories
 - Path to db: Select an empty path to store the translation database
 - My languages : add your language
 - Click 'generate database'
 - Search paths : add the path to your old .po and click 'next'
 - Add your .po in the list and click 'finish'. Click Ok.
 - Catalog/settings
 - Fill the 'project info'. Be sure to set the Language, and close
 - Catalog/automatically translate using TM
Some strings are translated, and flagged as 'fuzzy'.
 - Check if they are correct and uncheck the fuzzy flags.

3 - Fill the missing translation
4 - Save the file. This will produced a compiled file (.mo)
5 - Copy this .mo in romcenter\languages\<contry_code>.mo (find the country code in the code.txt file)
6 - Run romcenter. Strings must now be translated.
7 - Verify all forms, menus and messages to see if it's correct.
8 - Post the new file in the forum for distribution
